Shipping Information: When will I receive my order?

You may choose any of the shipping method below:

UPS Ground: Four to Five Business days within USA

UPS 3Day: Three Business days within USA

UPS 2nd Day: Two Business days within USA

UPS Next Day Air Saver: Next business day delivery by 3pm within USA

UPS Next Day Air: Next business day delivery by 10am within USA

UPS Standard: For Canada Only (Takes about 3 to 5 business days)

UPS Expedited: All Destination of the world except USA and Canada (Takes about 3 business days)

Important: Receiver must be at the billing address to receive UPS delivery.  In case of no one is available at the billing address, UPS will automatically attempt to re deliver the package for up to three days.  According to our terms with UPS, UPS will not re-route, redeliver after three attempts or hold the package at their station for receiver to pick up.  In case the package failed to deliver after the three attempts, UPS will ship back the package back to our company and we will cancel the order and refund the order except the shipping cost. You may request us by phone to re-deliver your package and must pay shipping cost again for the the new shipment.
