Ordering: When will my order arrive?

Most orders ships out the same day if order received by 2pm est. Delivery will be depending of what shipping method you have chosen.

Important: Receiver must be at the billing address to receive UPS delivery.  In case of no one is available at the billing address, UPS will automatically attempt to re deliver the package for up to three days.  According to our terms with UPS, UPS will not re-route, redeliver after three attempts or hold the package at their station for receiver to pick up.  In case the package failed to deliver after the three attempts, UPS will ship back the package back to our company and we will cancel the order and refund the order except the shipping cost. You may request us by phone to re-deliver your package and must pay shipping cost again for the the new shipment.
